Hi tech manufacturing business in Leatherhead is recruiting Financial Controller to run the finance department, reporting to number one in finance, this will be a varied forward-thinking position where you will have platform to drive this newly PE backed business forward.
This person will take end to end ownership for accounting, controls and reporting, leading team development and process improvement, being involved with projects and helping board/fund understand businesses position
Responsible for statutory reporting and cash flow forecasting, whilst maintaining tax and treasury functions, and overseeing month end and transactional activities, it’s for a well-rounded accountant with management experience that has genuine aspirations becoming an FD.
The right person will have had worked in SME environment, group consolidation experience with exposure to foreign entities, ideally within manufacturing space or relatable industry who has strong technical accounting and stakeholder engagements skills. To be considered you will need to be qualified accountant.
