Account Manager | Hoylake
Salary £18 - £20 Per hour | Part Time Hours, Minimum 15 Hours a Week, Flexible Hours
An excellent opportunity to join a thriving company, as their new Accounts Manager.
To succeed in this role, you will either be an experienced Bookkeeper or a Junior Accountant/Accounts Assistant, looking for a move to a successful and expanding organisation.
The Role:
As the new Account Manager you will be responsible for a myriad of responsibilities, including:
- Day-to-day transactional accounting for multiple entities within the organisation.
- Collating petty cash.
- Compiling monthly accounts payable including liaising with suppliers.
- Processing intercompany transactions.
- Stock management, and cash flow management.
Competencies:
In order to conduct the management of the office, you will be able to offer suitable, similar, and recent experience and be supportive and confident in leading.
To succeed in this position, you should:
- Be happy to provide an active involvement with process and procedures improvement.
- Boast experience in an SME background.
- Have strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Hold knowledge of Quickbooks.
- Be highly organised.
- Be contentious and work with urgency.
- Hold good knowledge of VAT.
