Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits

3 days per week in the office, remainder remote working

Accounts Payable Supervisor -  About the role

Working closely alongside the Financial Controller, duties will include:

• Manage the end to end Accounts Payable function
• Aid the development and improvement of the Accounts Payable function by increasing automation and internal controls
• Proactively engage with key suppliers to ensure an efficient invoicing service
• Maintenance and upkeep of SAP system
• Ensure invoices are correctly and accurately coded
• Establish cost efficient payment cycles
• Assist with year end preparation and external audit process
• Provide cover for accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Record and reconcile personal expense claims
• Ad hoc tasks as delegated by the Financial Controller

Accounts Payable Supervisor- Candidate requirements:

Looking for an energetic self starter who can hit the ground running...

• 4+ years of working within a high profile Accounts Payable department
• Good academics and ideally degree educated
• Strong knowledge of finance systems (ideally SAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrable track record of progression and career advancement
• Previous experience in a fast moving, dynamic organisation
• An excellent team player with a confident, outgoing personality
• A strong communicator with the ability to work on a regular basis with key stakeholders
