Our scale-up FMCG client require an Interim Supply Chain Finance Business Partner for 4-6months initially, based in Surrey. You will support the CFO, and wider non-finance/operational stakeholders to provide insight and clarity to the supply chain operations, and finances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside operational heads i.e. Production, Labour, Procurement etc. to ensure actuals are fully considered
- Roll sleeves-up to provide clarity to data, and commercial finance insight and challenge within this ambiguous environment
- Drive accuracy and visibility of data, understanding the allocation method with fixed COGS in this scale-up organisation
- Work closely with the CFO and COO to provide insight, challenge and knowledge across the supply chain function
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
- Demonstrable experience in scale-up, growth organisations
- Strong understanding of FMCG/ factory/ manufacturing environment i.e. Fixed COGS understanding
- Strong stakeholder management skills to articulate and drive understanding of financial data
