Senior Management Accountant

**Exclusive** | Senior Management Accountant | £40k-£50k plus up to 20% bonus | PE Backed | Fylde/Manchester | Hybrid Working

Adele Carr Financial Recruitment have been exclusively retained in the search for a Senior Management Accountant for this high growth, PE backed organisation based in the Fylde area. They are also opening up a Manchester site which will be available to be used in accordance with their hybrid working.

The role will be working for a highly talented CFO, whilst reporting into an experienced Financial Controller, both of which will be passing on their knowledge and skill set in order for you to become a future FD.

The role will be varied, with no month being the same, especially for the first year. This level of exposure is not for the faint-hearted, but an opportunity to stand out from other individuals at this level.

Responsibilities include:

• Management accounts of a current, and a new additional entity
• Project accounting; new systems, product type etc.
• Statutory accounts, although this will be more updating figures as opposed to creating statutory accounts packs
• Banking POC
• Partnering with Operations
• Cashflow processing
• P&L and budget variances

Person specification:

• Ideally newly qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
• Intelligent, personable, with ambitions of progression
• Challenges other departments with fresh initiatives

Working pattern:

• Hybrid working. 3 days in office, 2 from home.
• Flexibility will work both ways i. during audits or month end will require your presence more, however when not these period, you may work from home more.
• Both Fylde and Manchester sites open to use
