Highly successful and rapidly growing medical tech business are looking for a Part Time (2 or 3 days) Financial Controller, who will take full ownership of the finance function. To be successful in this role you must have the ability to comprehend the needs of a Start-up business and the challenges associated with rapid growth in the UK and USA.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Management of all company financial processes for both UK and US operations
- Defining and maintaining a 5-year financial plan that supports and guides the Executive team's strategy
- Creation/reporting of comprehensive monthly management accounts for executive team and board reporting
- Maintaining current year financial forecasting monthly with particular emphasis on cashflow
- Control and management of company bank accounts and payments
The successful candidate will be qualified with several years' experience
