Job Title: Accounts Assistant - Orders

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 per annum depending on experience

Job type: Full Time, Permanent

Based in central Bradford, we are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand, products designed to challenge the market. With over 25 years in the business, we now have four dedicated office spaces including a production office in China and support in India.

Key Duties:

  • Ensure all sales orders are processed on time with the relevant documentation and in line with policies
  • Checking stock quantities to ensure orders can be filled
  • Liaise with Sales & Logistics departments to resolve any issues
  • Credit control - supporting by ensuring credit limits/payment terms are adhered to, dealing with account reconciliations, bringing issues on customer accounts to the attention of immediate Manager
  • Providing weekly reports on sales and profit margins
  • Provide support to payments team as required
  • Admin duties, including printing, filing
  • To carry out other duties dedicated by the requirements of the business

About you:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Sage50 and / or Sage 200 essential
  • Knowledge of Linnworks or other e-commerce platform or CRM systems desirable
  • Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
  • Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information
  • Administrative skills.
