Finance Business Partner

Gleeson are proud to be working exclusively with a fast growing private equity back business in Nottingham as they build out a new finance function to support their growth.

This brand new Finance Business Partner role reports directly to the new Head of Commercial Finance and will be key in developing the finance function and implementing direction to maximise shareholder value.

With a current turnover c. 30 million this is an ideal role for a recent qualified commercial accountant who is keen to step out of a larger business into a growing smaller team where they can make an impact across all areas of the business from day 1. As a new role, it's a position the successful candidate can make their own, playing to their strengths to mould the future commercial finance team.

As well as this your day to day will include:

• KPI production
• Budgets, forecasts and targets vs actual performance
• Production of cases to support capital investment decisions
• Working with site managers to make financial decisions
• Improve efficiency of financial processes and controls

To apply you must be a qualified (CIMA/ACCA) accountant with commercial finance experience, ideally with strong stakeholder management examples too.

The business operate 2 days a week in the office as a minimum and include a range of benefits on top of basic salary.
