Marks Sattin is proud to be working with a global consulting firm based in Oxford who are currently on the lookout for an Finance Manager. This role based in Oxford (Hybrid) is a permanent role that will suit individuals that are fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a project accounting background. You will take a key role within the finance function ensuring financial planning and management accounting is accurately reflected in line with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Guiding 3 direct reports to ensure they deliver projects on time and encourage them to success
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Focusing on projects with key areas like budgeting and forecasting
- Accessing the projects financial performance and creating analysis to improve performance where necessary
The ideal candidate will be:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or QBE
- Experienced in project accounting
- Skilled in stakeholder and team management
