Interim Head of Finance

Our client, a large Financial Services business, are looking for an interim Head of Finance to join them for a 6 month period. Based in South East London you would be in the office 1-2 days a week with the rest working from home. The role will ultimately have responsibility for ensuring the finance function is fit for purpose and capable of meeting increasing expectations as the group continues on its growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and develop greater financial control, process and policies, whilst ensuring these are robust for the growth of the business
• Responsibility for all aspects of financial and management reporting
• Review and recommend any improvements to existing processes, systems and controls
• Forward thinking and understanding the opportunities for cost savings

Candidate profile:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.) or equivalent
• Experience working in an FCA regulated business
• Demonstrable experience of leading and motivating finance teams
