Interim Group Finance Analyst sought to support the CFO of a PE back manufacturer for 6 months during a crunch point. The role will comprise FP&A (Jan/Feb budget process); group accounting and analysis.

 

We need someone Qualified, with group consolidation; management reporting and FP&A experience – must be able to start immediately.

Ideally with HFM/Essbase or both.

 

£500-£550 per day

 

Key parts of the role:

  • Drive the global annual budget process.
  • Manage the monthly management reporting pack process, including submission, consolidation and review
  • Production of group monthly management information, KPI’s, reports and analysis
  • Group management reporting
  • Full P&L, balance sheet and cashflow monthly forecast analysis.
  • Monthly Strategic Business Units (‘SBU’) reporting, including supplier product line P&L’s
  • Monthly ‘Flash’ actual reporting and three-month rolling forecasts.
  • Annual Budget & mid-range plan preparation and analysis, including instructions documents for to operating entities with targets, assumptions and guidance
  • Consolidation of monthly forecast and annual budgets via the Group consolidation system.
  • Weekly book, bill, margin reporting
  • Product line analysis and insights on Bookings, Backlog, billings and margin trends
  • Opex and headcount analysis across the division
  • Development of management KPI scorecards
  • Primary point of contact for finance team in operating entities regarding management reporting assistance.
  • Support other areas of the group finance team, including controllership, treasury and tax, with ad-hoc analysis and reviews.
