Finance Director, B2B Business Services, hybrid working model

Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with a B2B Business Services to recruit a strategic Finance Director and offering a hybrid working model. This is a key position within the business involving developing and managing financial reporting, annual budgeting and planning, forecasting and long-term annual plan incorporating analysis to assess risks and opportunities, impact on profitability, working capital and covenants.

As Finance Director, you will ensure quality delivery within agreed timescales and act as true leader able to identify opportunities for improvements in IT systems, processes, and controls in order to drive the continued growth of the business.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
• A background in B2B business and or related sectors.
• Be proactive and entrepreneurial with exceptional interpersonal skills, and be a skilled communicator.
• Prior experience Implementing new systems, will be highly desirable.
• A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.

This is a rare opportunity for a Head of finance/Controller, looking to step up into a Finance Director role with exposure to a broad range of responsibilities and fantastic future prospects.
