- The fund controller will work in partnership with local and global colleagues to ensure fund performance delivery.
- You will also work to ensure the fund level financial reporting, accounting and treasury functions are completed in a timely manner, delivering value to inform business decisions

- You'll sit within a team of 6, and report into the Global Finance Director
- The company operates a hybrid working policy; three days in the office and two days from home

Description
- The Fund Controller will be responsible for financial risk management, implementing consistent controls and policies to monitor and mitigate where necessary.
- The Fund Controller will be a member of the Global Fund Control team supporting best practice and driving process improvement, simplification, systems changes and sharing best practice to enable scalability and business growth.
- Fund reporting, fund compliance and fund cash-flow modelling, will all be key components to this role
- There will be commercial aspects to this role too; you will be expected to work on projects in conjunction with the Investment Director and coordinate fund accounting work required from external partners
- You will need to support business development activities within the firm's complex global stakeholder network and also build relationships with potential clients and external stakeholders
Profile
- ACA or CPA qualified
- You will be an experienced Accountant with international real estate or private equity accounting experience
- You will have strong knowledge and experience in the full life-cycle of a real estate fund from structuring and establishment, fund investments through long-term strategy
- You may have extensive experience in tax planning for cross-border transaction and due diligence or real estate transactions
- Preferably you will have experience in a global or multinational organisation
