One of our leading clients is looking for enthusiastic, positive and customer focused people for the role of re-mortgage case executives to ensure the smooth running of the department and progress of caseloads through to pre completion and post completion.
Role: Remortgage Case Assistant
Location: Leeds (Remote)
Reporting to: Team Manager
Rate: £19371 Per Annum
Shift Patterns: 37 hours per week

As a Remortgage Case Assistant, some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Provide first level inbound call handling.
- Support Case Executives in progressing remortgage files from instruction to file closure.
- Liaise with relevant parties to chase any outstanding information to progress the case in line with
- client service level agreements.
- Ensure relevant systems and files are updated on a regular basis.
- Update case executives of potential problems and ongoing issues.
- Review files to ensure necessary information is obtained for a completion date.
Although previous experience is not essential, it would be great if you can show the below skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
