Senior Finance Manager | Central Manchester | ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified | Property
Job Overview:
Axon Moore are working on behalf of a high growth, property management organisation based in Manchester who are looking to expand their team with the addition of a new Senior Finance Manager. The organisation is continuing to embark on an exciting journey of growth, with no glass ceiling to their potential. The post holder will report into a high calibre Financial Controller who is looking to bring someone in who is ambitious, hard working and keen to progress quickly.
The role is ideally suited to individuals who are fully qualified and inhibit the essential soft skillset of a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. Salary: £55,000-£65,000

Location: Central Manchester
Main Duties:
• Co-ordinate and review Management accounts alongside the Head of Finance. Prepare financial statements, attributable to cost centres.
• Preparation of Group Reporting under IFRS and analysis of the bridge between statutory and management results.
• Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in line with overall business strategy.
• Variance analysis of budgets and forecasts prior to submission of Management Accounts.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and be able to identify potentials risks.
• Responsible for the management and development of any future team.
• Work alongside the Head of Finance on any financial projects, or business projects that require financial insight.
• Any additional reasonable duties requested or delegated by your line manager.
Person Specification:
• ACA/ ACCA or CIMA Qualified.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to grow personally.
• Positive mental attitude, bringing energy and eagerness to the team.
• Experience working in property would be advantageous.
