Finance Manager - ACA, M&A

An ACA accountant with a practice trained background and some M&A / Corporate Finance experience

Your new role

• Extraction, review and sharing of the company's trial balance during month end.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards (IFRS knowledge).
• Preparation of management accounts / reporting of financial information with sufficient explanation.
• Provide details around IFRS-16 calculations.
• Control of fixed asset register and explanations of movements.
• Reporting of main financial KPIs
• Overseeing the M&A processes and reporting on transactions

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be ACA or CPA qualified with some experience of Corporate Finance and M&A transactions
