Are you a qualified FP&A Analyst with experience gained in a financial markets environment? My client is a multinational banking group with a requirement for an individual to join their team based in London.
You will be responsible for:
* Acting as a finance business partner and point-of-contact for specific areas and functions
* Provide analysis, explanation and interpretation of financial performance
* Producing the month end management pack as well as periodic budgeting and forecasting
* Support the business with their understanding of the cost base and challenge cost allocations
* Undertaking analytical review and ad hoc reporting as required by the business
* Liaising with members of senior management, proving support and challenging where required
You must have:
* An accounting qualification with previous finance business partnering and MI experience, ideally gained in a banking environment
* Good knowledge of cost accounting and cost allocations
* Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work to challenging deadlines
* Strong MS Excel skills and be a self-starter
