Practice Accountant

SENIOR PRACTICE ACCOUNTANT – Part time £70,000 to £80,000 pa  - FTE

Are you an ambitious experienced ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant seeking a part-time role for 3 or 4 days week (3 days in office and 1 from home).  You be taking over a number of key duties currently being carried out by the founding director with whom you will work closely.

Our client is a modern SME practice in W1 that provides a full outsourcing service to a range of prestigious SME clients in the financial, digital and professional services sectors. You will oversee a small and growing team of  support staff with whom you will work closely to provide a top class support. It is a new role which will underpin future development and growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities of this part-time role will include reviewing and finalising management, consolidated and financial accounts, VAT returns, company set-up, PAYE, VAT and company registration, plus production of budgets, cash flows and forecasts.  Ideally you will be familiar with personal and small company corporation tax returns and will be able to advise and liaise with clients directly.

To be considered for this part-time role you must be qualified, and available to work for 3 or 4 days per week. You must also be ambitious,  client focused, and have a genuine interest in supporting the owner to build the business.
