Finance Business Partner

Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to work closely with the finance community and other functional leads within an organisation undergoing rapid growth. You will provide financial planning and analysis for the business, focusing on the monthly closing, forecasts, reporting and 3 year plan along with the prep for month end packs for the CFO and analysis of consolidated budgets and forecasts.

You will also be key to the monthly closing process and reporting of actual results, providing detailed variance analysis of results to all key business trends with risks, opportunities and actions to be reviewed with senior management.

You will provide interpretation of financial analysis to enable the business areas to make key decisions and achieve targets. Identify actions to drive opportunities and mitigate risks and challenge business assumptions in forecasting and planning, using detailed analysis through post-implementation review processes.

This is a high profile role within the business and as such we are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking individual with the ability to analyse complex data with sound rationale and intellectual rigour.

You will be qualified (ACA / CIMA) with +3years PQE with the ability to influence and operate at senior level.
