Head of Finance

Role - Head of Finance Location - Altrincham Salary - Anywhere between £75,000 + £90,000 + benefits


Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a professional services business in their search for a Head of Finance to work out of their Altrincham office on a hybrid working model.


The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and preferably trained from an accountancy practice. Strong technical accounting skills are absolutely essential and any experience of working within a legal environment would be a distinct advantage. The Head of Finance will need to develop strong relationships with the Directors of the organisation and help with the strategic vision of the business. Key duties for the Head of Finance role will include the following:

• Responsibility for month end and year end accounting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cashflow management
• Regulatory reporting
• Production of key MI to the business
• Key contact for auditors and banking partners
• Lead in the development and improvement of processes, controls and systems
• Profitability analysis
• Presenting figures to the Senior Leadership team
• Management of the finance team

Salary for the role is up to £90,000 + benefits
