- Day to day management assistance of team of 4 PMO type support tasks
- Using KANBAN board - agile methodology display or workload management tool
- JIRA tool useful but not essential
- Preparing for steering boards, managing actions resulting from boards
- Managing project finances - not necessary finance background
- Management project plan through full li8efcycle
- Managing the IT roadmap
- Ad-hoc actions to assist outside of day to day task i escalations also support by PM
- Project management background (APM or prince 2 qualification and or experience)IT technical architecture experience would be beneficialGood experience of Microsoft office packageAbility to prioritise workload effectively
This role sits within a team of 5, 1 project manager, 3 solutions architects and 1 business analyst, 1 junior PM (this role) - to help support day to day tasks of the team.
