Finance Manager Job, Coventry Hybrid

A well established and reputable retail organisation in Coventry are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its welcoming team.

Your new role
Managing a team of 4 you will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, supporting the financial controller with commercial decision making and other ad hoc duties. You will also support the wider business with setting budgets and enhancing financial processes. This is a hybrid role offering 2 days a week wfh.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a similar role, and either hold a professional qualification or be QBE. Strong Excel and IT skills are also desirable.

What you'll get in return
A salary between £60,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus bonus. The business also offer a number of bespoke benefits and a generous pension package.
