Job title: Project Accountants

 

Location: Bristol, Glasgow, Farnborough and Portsmouth. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Circa £36k depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing Project Financial Management support, challenge and advice to our Project and Functional teams through active engagement and collaboration with the stakeholder community
  • Maintaining and reviewing our project and functional reporting suites to aid management understanding of movements and variances
  • Working with our Functional and Project heads to control costs and create a challenging environment for budget reviews
  • Performing month end, half year and full year reporting processes and procedures
  • Assisting Project and Functional Managers in the timely delivery of robust forecast and budget information
  • Working with others to champion a curious and open mind-set that will enable leading working practices
  • Analysing, reviewing, challenging and advising on performance ensuring that our data integrity is paramount

 

Your skills and experiences:

  • CIMA, ACCA part qualified or studying preferred
  • Experience gained in a business partnering or project delivery environment
  • Experience in the provision and communication of management information to stakeholders
  • Finance experience gained within a complex organisation i., engineering or manufacturing; environment
  • A good understanding of Project Financial Management, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
