Commercial Finance Analyst

Newly created Finance Analyst required for a rapidly growing real estate business in South Manchester

Your new company
Your new company are a highly entrepreneurial Real Estate business. An owner manager SME who are proven to be different from their competitors which has helped them grow substantial over recent years. Now operating in over 10 countries within over 50 different entities.

Your new role
In this newly created role you'll be a key member of the company's commercial finance team and will be instrumental in producing and maintaining accurate and timely data for the group. You will assist the senior management team in all areas of the group reporting. You will take the lead of system administrator in relation of all finance related system and associated applications. You will own the internal audit procedures to ensure processes are being follow. You'll explore automation & process improvements related to the financial process and work closely with senior management across the business with their current reporting processes.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this exciting commercial role you'll be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and have the confidence and experience to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements where necessary. You will have a real interest working within the wider business and not just within finance. Knowledge of the property sector would be advantageous but no means essential, along with Sage 200.
