Qualified Management Accountant required for a rapidly growing Real Estate business in South Manchester
Your new company
Your new company are a highly entrepreneurial Real Estate business. An owner manager SME who are proven to be different from their competitors which has helped them grow substantial over recent years. Now operating in over 10 countries within over 50 different entities.
Your new role
In your new role as Management Accountant you'll be part of the businesses commercial finance team and assist with the preparation of accurate and timely management accounts. You'll provide management information to a variety of senior stakeholders. You'll work closely with operations to understand the key financial drivers and how they impact on forecast results.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in exciting opportunity you'll be Newly Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and be able to analyse large volumes of data. You'll have experience working within a similar role and be comfortable preparing management accounts to a deadline. You'll be able to react quickly to an ever changing environment and understand the importance of Strategising and how to deliver.
