Your new job

In your new job you will support the Group FD and senior management team, you will manage the large, multi-site shared service centres the company operates from across the globe. In this role you will consistently look for ways to improve the was the team operates, with your leadership skills being key as the business continues to adjust to a more agile way of working.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have an accounting background from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification, and importantly demonstrate strong leadership skills managing large teams of primarily transactional finance staff of around 100 colleagues. You will be a natural business partner, and this will enable you to provide commercial finance insights to senior management and offer suggestions to improve business profitably through operational adjustments to the way things are currently done.
