Your new firm
This Top 20 firm of chartered accountants is seeking to appoint a new accounts senior into their growing team of Chester. Having recently become top 20 and with an influx of work coming through the firm are picking up clients not just local to Chester but nationwide. Long established in Chester and with an excellent reputation across both their accounts and audit team, this is the ideal role for a fully/newly qualified accountant looking to gain a wider client exposure.

Your new role
As an accounts Senior, you will be responsible for a small portfolio of clients, looking after their end to end year end accounts as well as management accounts, VAT, and corporation tax returns. You will be responsible for being the clients point of contact, answering any questions or queries as well as taking a lead on advising on cloud accounting softwares that would suit clients needs.

Alongside this, you will take an active role in the training and development of juniors and semi-seniors, mentoring and coaching them through their studies.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking a fully/newly/QBE accountant (ACA/ACCA) with extensive previous practice experience. Alongside this, the firm are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals who will grow with the firm. The ideal candidate will possess a full spectrum of practice skills as well as strong interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role.

What you'll get in return
