Your new company
You will be working for a transformative SME in the PropTech sector who are looking to continue expanding upon their operations and develop their finance team. This role is based in their Central London office from which they operate a hybrid working model.

Your new role
You will be a Finance Manager in the UK and Europe regional team, with key responsibilities including:

• Developing and applying business knowledge to provide value-added analysis
• Prepare balance sheet variance commentary, analysis, and reconciliations
• Maintain and report accurate financial data for management reporting under US GAAP
• Manage 1 direct report and support their financial statement prep
• Support integration of geographical expansion initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or international equivalent) accountant with a strong finance background who can adapt to an agile environment. You will be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills as well as commercial abilities to benefit the wider business. Proven ability to lead a team and drive process improvement.
