Manufacturing business currently in growth and part of a larger group of companies

Your new role
As Management Accountant you will report into the General Manager and manage a small team.
Your role will include:
Full management account responsibility
Prepare monthly accounts and report to H/O within group procedures
Supervise and take full responsibility of the internal and/or external auditors.
Management of Sage line 50 software and activity
Management of finance & operations staff (currently 3)
Budgeting and providing business managers with monthly reports
Maintenance of cash flow & forecasting
Cash management & bank reconciliation
Payroll management & supervision
Quarterly review and presentations meetings

What you'll need to succeed
You could be a Qualified Accountant or a part qualified/finalist actively studying and in the latter stages of your qualification.

You will need a good level of Excel (V Look Up, Pivot Table) that means you can accurately reconcile the stock across multiple spreadsheets at month end. Any experience of Sage Line 50 would be an advantage.

What you'll get in return
£40-45K
Based in Basildon with 1 day a week from home
