Your new company

This real estate investor and asset manager has established its portfolio across the UK and partners with other leading real estate companies on the various ventures. Their portfolio is diversified across most asset classes, including commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial and mixed-use. Having completed a number of recent acquisitions and divestments they are continuing to seek out additional investment opportunities to add to their portfolio.

Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll take a lead on the management reporting ensuring that timely and accurate information is delivered both internally to the operations teams and present this externally at meetings to investors and partners. You will be the lead finance contact for building owners and will also be responsible for budgeting and forecasting across the Group.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a sound technical accounting knowledge from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification. You will be able to lead on budgeting and forecasting using strong financial modelling and Excel skills to manipulate large quantities of data, alongside a confident character to present financial information to various stakeholders.

What you'll get in return
