As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of insolvency and restructuring cases for clients across various industries. Your new role

• Managing a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases, including bankruptcies, liquidations, and company voluntary arrangements
• Conducting investigations and reporting on the financial affairs of insolvent individuals and companies
• Communicating with creditors, shareholders, and other stakeholders
• Preparing and submitting reports to regulatory bodies
• Identifying and realizing assets
• Providing advice to clients on insolvency and restructuring matters
• Continuously seeking to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality

What you'll need to succeed

• A professional qualification in insolvency and restructuring, such as the CPI or JIEB
• 2+ years of experience in insolvency and restructuring
• Strong knowledge of insolvency and restructuring law and practice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development and new client acquisition
