Contract European O2C Process Lead - Bracknell (hybrid) - £300 per day inside IR35
As the O2C Operational Process Lead you will provide the vision, strategy and objectives for the O2C work-stream on a Pan-European basis. You will ensure process improvements are identified, effectively implemented and supported throughout the business, working with internal business functions and managing the performance of the O2C activities within the outsourced shared service centre.
Key responsibilities:
- European O2C shared service centre operations - Managing SLA and KPI requirements, escalation management, process management
- O2C Change Management - Subject Matter Expert on O2C operational workflows to plan and deliver transition activities to improve efficiencies
- SOX compliance and Risk Management
Skills and experience:
- Experienced operating within a finance shared service environment as process lead
- Order to Cash (O2C) functional expert
- SAP experience
- Corporate Head Office experience preferably in Europe
