Senior Billings Manager

I am working with a client of mine within the telecommunications space who are looking to add a Senior Billings Manager to their team based in London (Hybrid working - 1 day per week in the office).

You will be responsible for owning the billings function and your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Full ownership of the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion;
• Ensure compliance with all industry standards and Ofcom regulations;
• Preparation and submission of reports for end-customers and resellers;
• Full responsibility of the billing queries, including calculation of early termination charges;
• Responsible for revenue assurance: analysis of inter-operator tariff changes impact on margins; monitoring and implementation of new tariffs;
• Work with Customer Support and Sales to ensure processes are followed and provide training as required.

For this vacancy, it's a requirement to have previous telecommunications/technology sector experience and a solid background in billings. In return you will receieve a competitive salary plus a bonus and additional benefits.
