Our client is continuing to take the market by storm and are investing more than ever as they build out their business at a fast pace. This will be a significant time to join the business and a great opportunity for an individual to make the role their own.

Responsibilities include:

• Finance business partnering across multiple sites and profit centres
• Implementation and improvements of controls across the group
• Regular review of results; provide support and challenge regional operational leads
• Identify KPIs and improve reporting and visibility across sites
• Ownership of the budget processes and introduce a standardised budget model that can be applied group wide
• Interrogate site by site financials with a view to introducing a standard operating model where necessary
• Improve reporting packs that are distributed to regional leads
• Support M&A activity

The CFO, who is a well-known established industry leader, is looking for an aspirational and highly driven, qualified individual who they can mentor and promote internally as the business expands.
