Finance Manager - Events Brand - 6 Month Contract - Immediate Start - Office Working
My client is a bright new events company and they are looking to add an enthusiastic interim Finance Manager to their finance function. This is a possible temp to perm role.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Helping to prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with events management
- Producing year end audit files and answering audit queries
- Basic bookkeeping
- Managing bank payments
- Preparing month end balance sheet reconciliations
- Update of monthly cash flow forecasts
- Reconciliations of actual show results to budget
- Preparing VAT returns
- Running a monthly payroll
- Producing monthly management accounts
- AP & AR responsibilities
About You:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience in the music and/or events management
