Our client a leader in its field are looking for a contractor to join their finance team to support process improvements between the shared service centre and the FP&A team. The role supports the business with better performance through driving efficiency's, optimisation and improved insight through continuous Process Improvement/system projects.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supporting the finance transformation initiatives relating to R2R and FP&A
- Report rationalisation - ensuring SSC reporting matches business requirements and establishing reports requiring redesign or that are obsolete
- Standardisation of FP&A process and reporting across the different business units and establishing this in the SSC output
- Journal rationalisation projects
- Providing reviews of current processes to establish duplication and consistently enhance efficiencies in the financial reporting output.
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent with a FP&A background combined with process/systems projects. If you are looking for a role outside of the routine BAU then this would be a great option!
