Due to the continued growth of businesses within the group they are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager, this is a newly created role and will be very much "hands-on' providing an exciting opportunity and challenge for a young, dynamic individual. · Full time, permanent post based within their stunning offices in Birmingham· Reporting to Business Owner Main Responsibilities: You will be part of the process to slowly start to bring the accounts in-house from the external accountants.Processing InvoicesVAT returnsMonitoring of the company's financial positionDevelop the forecasting models (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-flow)Management Accounting. Preparing monthly management accounts (including all accruals, prepayments, journals and monthly reconciliations). Ideal Candidate: Good communication skills and ability to listenDiligent, analytical and inquisitive with excellent attention to detailReliable, flexible and co-operativeThis role would suit a real team player who is always looking for new ways to drive efficiencies or improve processes.
