Company Accountant required for an owner managed manufacturing business based in Stockport

Your new company
Your new company are a well established manufacturing business based in Stockport. A family business that have been operating for over 100 years.

Your new role
In your new role as company accountant you will take ownership of the accounts for the three trading companies within the group. You'll produce the management accounts and provide analysis for senior management. You will manage the monthly stock valuations including the WIP. Prepare the annual budgets and manage the companies cashflow.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed within this high performing family run business you'll have experience working in owner managed businesses. You will be ACCA/CIMA or QBE and hold a real can do attitude to accounting. You'll have the ability to work with employees in and outside of finance, offering support and guidance throughout. You will have experience managing a small team. Sage 50 experience would be preferred.

This role is 4 days a week onsite and 1 day a week from home, with an early finish on a Friday.
