Global Finance Integration Senior Manager.

You must be based in UK please to apply for this role, and also be a qualified accountant and project manager with Oracle Cloud Fusion experience and be able to travel globally.

The role will be responsible for leading supporting large, complex, high-value strategic and departmental change initiatives, helping achieve the objectives of projects through the application of Project Management best practice knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques.

In this highly visible role, you will have a great opportunity to make a significant and positive impact, partnering with the CFO Organisation to enable their strategic priorities.

The successful candidate will be a dedicated, passionate, and experienced hands-on Project Management professional, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and ready to jump on opportunities to collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects or products from Initiation to Closure. A self-motivated, self-sufficient individual with demonstrated communication experience ability to present work to senior leadership, framing discussions, facilitating collaboration and proven ability to influence others to obtain the expected outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Cloud Fusion - Finance Modules Project experience and depth understanding and experience of multiple finance operations function
  • Qualified Accountant with several years relevant work experience
  • Must be able to "engineer" solutions based on the facts and circumstances on the ground
  • Must be "hands on" but also able to summarise complex issues and communicate to management
  • Must be flexible and react to what will be a constantly changing environment
  • The ability to engage and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across a number of financial and non-financial disciplines and various levels
  • Flexible to travel globally
  • Able to produce high quality Visio process flows and PowerPoint presentations
  • PMP / Prince2 qualified (or equivalent)

Desirable requirements

  • Experience of working on an Integration or similar project
  • Awareness of relevant US GAAP requirements
  • Good Project Management, Presentation (material & delivery) and organizational skills
