ABPM as experts in financial recruitment have been retained by this well-regarded charity, in the recruitment of a Head of Finance with a track record of successful business management, on and Interim & Permanent basis. The business is renowned for its product offerings and innovation. Having enjoyed controlled growth over the past few years, exciting plans and ambitions for its future underpin this new appointment.

Reporting to the CEO and the board, the key responsibilities of the role will see the Head of Finance immediately leading the Finance function, supporting commercial activities, controlling the cost base and the statutory responsibilities of the role. Being very much part of the leadership group, you will support and steer the business at board level and continue developing a fit for purpose finance team and partner other functions.

To be considered for this role you will be a Qualified or QBE accountant from a private or not for profit SME / Medium sized business background. It is essential you are from a retailing and or customer centric background. The business needs someone who has expertise in FP&A, inventory, working capital and cash flow management.
