Finance Manager

My client are looking for a hands on, autonomous Finance Manager to join their team. This role will report directly to the CEO so will need to be happy liaising with the senior management team whilst also getting involved in more transactional level tasks.

Description

• Maintain the AR, AP and General Ledgers for the company
• Maintain the bank accounts
• Maintain the stock records and Fixed Asset Register
• Prepare and process month end journals
• Work with non-finance colleagues to review key accounts prior to month end reporting
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting to internal managers & group finance
• Develop and maintain a suite of operational business metrics and carry out associated analysis as required
• Preparation of reports for meetings at various levels throughout the company

Profile

• Qualified accountant
• Someone happy to be in a broad and hands on role
• Someone with experience working within SME's

Job Offer

• Salary of up to £60,000 dependent on experience
• Primarily office based role however some flexibility to work from home when needed and flexibility on the hours
