Finance Business Partner - Private Equity

Investigo are exclusively partnering a Private Equity backed Technology company, to recruit a Finance Business Partner, due to ongoing growth.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be joining a high performing Finance Team where you will be reporting directly into the CFO and board, focusing primarily on short term planning and forecasting, and analysis of monthly performance across the company. This is a unique role as you will not only working closely with the leadership team, but also the Investors.

You will be working across the leadership team to understand and give insight into key drivers behind financial and non-financial performance across all aspects of the P&L and KPIs. You will manage mid-size projects and be able to provide valuable development to more junior members. Various ad hoc projects will also come your way, such as involvement in the 3- year business plan, refinancing models and potentially M&A projects.

Who my client is looking for:

• Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA
• Ideally had at least one role in an FP&A or Commercial role in industry but also open to Audit, TS or Corp Finance background
• Excellent communicator, with the ability to develop strong business relationships and networks with stakeholders across a multi-national organisation
• Eye for detail, accurate and precise
• Someone with energy and drive who wants to work with like minded ambitious people.
