Interim Head of Commercial Finance

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading multi-site consumer business as Interim Head of Commercial Finance on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role is responsible for partnering with the operations director, developing, and delivering insightful commercial analysis to achieve strategic objectives. The interim Head of Commercial Finance plays a key part in driving the future business performance with support from commercial finance managers and analysts.

As Interim Head of Commercial Finance you will be responsible for delivering actionable and insightful commercial analysis to help drive long term sales and profitability across all sites. You will lead and inspire the business partnering team supporting them to produce the weekly trading and monthly exec reporting pack, ensuring analysis reflects the performance against key business metrics, strategic priorities, and latest trends. The role will play a key part in the financial planning processes including the rolling forecasts, annual budget, and annual strategic plan along with working closely with the head of FP&A.

You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience of leading and inspiring a team. A proven track record of managing stakeholders is essential. Previous experience working in a multi-site, consumer or hospitality business will be advantageous.

The role is working on a hybrid basis between home and a Central London office 3 days a week.
