Our business services client require an Interim Global Director of Accounting Services (R2R) for 6 months initially. You will report into the Group Finance Director and be responsible for the R2R team, supporting them through a transition and period of change.
Key Responsibilties:
- Lead an R2R team of circa. 50 individuals ensuring they deliver the intricacies of accounting detail required by the business - providing assurance of accuracy to the wider finance function
- Support the R2R team in embedding into a new way of working - ensuring structure and processes are held to account
- Cost accounting and intercompany reconciliation process review and accountability
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
- Strong cost accounting, and intercompany experience
- Demonstrable experience working across a change driven, GBS or SSC environment with global/regional leadership of R2R
- Demonstrable experience working either in the US, or with US based team
