A global experiential agency is looking for a Group Finance Manager to join their business. It’s a newly created role with the opportunity to step up to Financial Controller level in the near future. You will be part of a very successful business that have recently expanded their client base and continuing to do so!
The Role
- Control management account system monthly process and reporting
- Producing consolidated group monthly management accounts
- Preparation of monthly group P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
- Strong relationship with all members across the finance function (group and regional)
- Work with Colleagues from other departments working on group related services around annual budgeting and spending throughout the financial year.
- Preparing annual group company statutory accounts (3 month deadline)
- Annual audit first point of contact / planning and management of the regions\
- Group Cashflow reporting and forecasting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Regular review of group bank accounts for funding/transfer requirements
The Person
- Ideally have a background in practice and be ACA / ACCA qualified
- Experience with FRS 102
- Experience with Group Consolidation
