Finance Director.
Residential Developer. West Yorkshire.
Salary c.£90,000 plus car, bonus and benefits.
An established housebuilder delivering quality homes, is looking to recruit a Finance Director to support the Managing Director in achieving their 5-year plan. The role will operate as a business partner, adding commercial, financial input across the business, whilst overseeing the finance team.
Your duties will include:
- Developing strategies with the CEO to drive the business forward.
- Supporting commercial activities including land appraisals and attending sales meetings.
- Managing external relationships with banks, including rolling credit facility.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, including tax VAT and CIS.
- Take full control of the financial and costing function.
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of operating in a similar capacity within the residential development sector.
