This well established, and long standing firm in Warrington are seeking to appoint a new Accounts Semi-Senior into their friendly and stable team. This excellent position has arisen both through continuous company growth as well as succession planning for the future. Located in central Warrington in a spacious office with street parking available this role is ideal for those local to Warrington as well as those slightly further afield.

Your new role
As an Accounts Semi-Senior, you will be responsible for preparing sets of accounts from TB up to manager/director review. You will work with a range of local SME ltd companies as well as a number of HNW individuals and pick up trust work. Alongside this you will look after VAT returns as well as some ad-hoc bookkeeping. You will have the opportunity to progress over time as you complete your studies and take on more responsibility in regards to looking after your own portfolio autonomously.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking either an AAT or ACCA/ACA student currently working in practice. The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of preparing year-end accounts, VAT and bookkeeping to UK accounting standards.

What you'll get in return
In return your will receive a highly competitive salary of between £24,000 to £32,000 as well as full study support. Furthermore, the firm operated a family friendly culture allowing for flexible hybrid working making this the ideal role for a parent looking for flexibiliy.
