Finance Business Partner, Brighton, Hybrid

Your New Company: 

A well-known prestigious company in central Brighton are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a hybrid role, 2 days on-site, 3 days working remotely.

Your New Role: 

As the new Finance Business Partner you will:

• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts within an agreed framework for your portfolio, ensuring that income and expenditure are tracked during the year, and that timely and accurate management information is provided to senior management, budget holders and other stakeholders. 
• Effectively support the Senior Finance Business Partner and Head of Commercial Finance in the preparation of analysis and scenario planning of annual budgets and finance business plans.
• Meet with budget holders regularly to ensure they have a clear understanding of the finances. Reconcile all balance sheet accounts - accruals, prepayments and contract control accounts.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts working alongside key stakeholders.
• Provide commercial support in tendering for new business opportunities, pricing exercises and contract renewals.

What You'll Need to Succeed: 

• You will be an ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or part qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience with experience of preparing budgets, producing management reports and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be liaising with key stakeholders. Strong organisational skills along with good Excel.
