Senior Management Accountant Job in Leatherhead, £60k pa

You will be joining a large consumer good company with products in millions of homes across the UK. This multi-national organisation will provide you with a collaborative environment for growth. You will be joining this company at an exciting time in Leatherhead as a Senior Management Accountant.
Your new role
As a Senior Management Accountant, you will be joining a friendly, diverse, and growing Finance Team. You will be creating VAT registration applications, VAT returns, cashflow forecasts, monthly management financial reports and any ad hoc tasks. You will also be managing the audit process, month end management accounts, and year end statutory accounts.
You will be assisting with and providing cover for reconciling finance accounts, including the suspense account and balance sheet reconciliation, daily and monthly bank reconciliation, weekly payment cycle, controlling credit and chasing debt, controlling the sales and purchase ledgers, and posting journals.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong post-qualification experience, be highly numerate with strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work collaborative as a team. You will also need good attentions to detail, sound business knowledge, and the ability to communicate this knowledge both orally and written.
What you'll get in return
