Management Accountant (Qualified) | Permanent | £50,000 - £60,000 | Swindon Based (2-3 Days WFH)

Your new role
You'll join a friendly, experienced finance team in a critical role supporting the company's growth strategy, acting as a key business partner and ensuring the integrity of the business's accounts. You'll be responsible for;

• Cost accounting and forecasting
• Operational stakeholder management and business partnering
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Supporting with month end and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting year end statutory accounts production and audit process
• Ensure financial governance across the wider business

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified (CCAB or CIMA) accountant with at least 2-3 years PQE. A strong financial accounting background with some experience across budgeting and forecasting is required for this role, as well as the ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You'll also need to have strong Excel skills (to include Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Sum-Ifs) and comfortable analysing and manipulating large datasets within Excel.
